Your own post states that these documents were buried in a closet in this building for six years. The Penn/Biden Center was not opened in that building until 2018, thus the documents were already in that closet when the Penn/Biden Center took occupancy, and were brought there by someone not affiliated with the Penn/Biden Center. Nobody knows how they got there, or who brought them there, but it wasn't anybody involved in the Penn/Biden Center, and it certainly wasn't Joe Biden. And Biden has nothing to do with the Penn/Biden Center outside of lending his name to the operation. Just like Donald has been doing for decades, only Donald doesn't lend his name to anything, one has to pay through the nose to get Donald's name on their office building....well they used to have to pay, not anymore.
